You can put lot of spices that mother is feeling sorry for her habit drug addict and wanted to go to rehabilitation centre and she is drawn to this habit because of the ignorance of his husband and know she is in a trap and as per law, meeting mother is not good for children's and law is so cruel as this time she need all the support from family, instead of getting support the husband want a divorce. ina world where lot of womans have forgiven their husband manytime for many reasons a woman can't get another change of rebuilding a married life again....Show more

Magda Vandergriend: Only the party filing for divorce N! EEDS an attorney. The mother going to rehab would have no aff! ect on the divorce, the divorce is taking place regardless of whether she goes to rehab or not. Custody would be up to the family courts to decide.
