Wally Gower: You have to enter a plan with wireless carriers to get a PDA fone that cheap. PDAs without fone capability are rare nowdays, only HP have some modes avaliable.PS: your surfing experience depends on the browser you choose, not the mode you have in your hand. ALL PDAs can get full-browsing capacity with upcoming opera 9.5, but now none can do that.
